If you are within the 30-day free trial period, you can stop this free trial at any time, and no amount will be charged for the membership (see also: Everything about the free trial).
If you have passed this deadline, we will not be able to refund you, but you can always cancel the automatic renewal of your membership in your account under "My membership" and then "Cancel my membership".
You will be redirected to an unsubscribe form where you will get the chance to tell us a little bit more about your experience at Kazidomi. Please give us as much detail as possible. Your feedback is very important to us and will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers in the future :-)
If your membership was not profitable, don't forget to request a voucher for the unused portion of your membership at the end of your membership (see also: How do I get a refund if I haven't used up my membership?)
