If you have chosen the bank transfer payment option, it seems that we have not yet received your bank transfer, which explains the "awaiting" status of your order.
Did you complete the transaction? In this case, you may have forgotten to include your order number in the bank transfer communication. Unfortunately, without it, we are unable to link your transfer to your order and the order remains pending.
Can you check that the payment has been made? If so, can you provide us with a proof of payment (screenshot, pdf of the transfer...) by sending us an email to email@example.com please? This will allow us to manually validate your order so that it gets to you you as soon as possible.
If your order is under this status but you do not want to or cannot pay by bank transfer, please contact us so that we can give you a payment link to settle your payment. You will also be able to change your payment method or cancel your order.
