It goes without saying that we will not leave you with an expired product. I invite you to complete the following form.
You should then select the category "Problem with a past order and refunds" then "one of the products I bought is no longer consumable" and select the order concerned. You must then select the product concerned and attach photos illustrating the expiry date so that we can compensate you as quickly as possible.
The compensation is in the form of a voucher for the value of the product and gives you access to free delivery on your next Kazidomi order. Please note that we do not return products for ecological reasons.
